Returns Policy

At DominicWalsh, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our theatrical costumes and show wear. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we've established a comprehensive returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Ready-to-Wear Costumes: May be returned within 14 days of receipt if unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom-Made Costumes: Due to their bespoke nature, custom-made costumes cannot be returned unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.
- Rental Items: Must be returned by the agreed date in the same condition as received, subject to our rental agreement terms.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during sales are eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of receipt.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories intact
- Free from makeup, perfume, or other cosmetic marks
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@dominic-walsh.com to initiate your return.
- Complete the return form provided with your order.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund Process
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the price difference must be paid. To request an exchange:
- Contact customer service to confirm item availability
- Follow the return process as outlined above
- Clearly indicate your exchange request on the return form
- Specify the desired replacement item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Do not attempt to repair damaged items
- We will arrange return shipping at our expense
- A replacement or full refund will be issued upon receipt
Special Circumstances
- International Returns: Follow the same process but allow additional time for shipping and processing.
- Seasonal Items: Must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Gift Returns: Can be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal value.
